7 Dollar Bid, LLC is the sole owner of the information collected from
our users at several different points on our website (7dollarbid.com).
Our primary goal in collecting your information is to provide you with
information services and features that most likely meet your needs, and
to customize our service to make your experience easier.
In order to use most of this website, you must first complete
the registration form. When you register, we require you (“user”)
to provide the Company with an e-mail address, first and last name, mailing
address, city, state, zip code, phone, and password selection. Minors
under the age of 18 are not eligible to use our services and we ask that
they do not submit any personal information to us.
Information Use
7 Dollar Bid, LLC will use your information to process your bids and
notify you when you are the winning bidder. We will also display your
user ID, address city and state, and your bid on our winners list. We
will pass the information needed to our third party credit card processor
and our shipping companies only. We will not rent/sell/share your personal
information.
Password
Your password may not be disclosed or shared with third parties. Should
you lose control of your password, please change it immediately using
our services on the website.
Cookies
"Cookies" are pieces of information that are passed to your
browser and stored on your computer's hard drive. By default, cookies
are used on many pages of our sites. This information is only used to
track your activity on the site and to provide a convenient way for you
to use the services. You will not be able to register or utilize the website

of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.
Clear GIFS
We may use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails
have been opened by the recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness
of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.
Service Announcements
On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related
announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for
maintenance we might send users e-mail.

Buddy Up
The company offers a service called "Buddy-Up" that allows you
to notify friends about open auctions. If you want to inform a friend
about our site, we ask you for the friend's name and email address. The
company will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them
to visit the site. The company does not store this information.
Updating Personal Information
If your personal information changes (such as phone, email or postal address),
or if you no longer desire our service, we provide a way to update or
delete your personal information. This can be done by emailing our Customer
